“Yes,” you say, “that’s obvious.”
So it is.
But how does one begin a blog, particularly a blog which has the potential to annoy an entire country? In response to this rhetorical question, I chose to begin with the obvious.
Like many other blogs out there, mine is not particularly necessary nor particularly focused. If it were, I’d like to think some kroner would flow my direction.
In all seriousness, this is a blog about Norway. Or more likely, my observations, as a foreigner, of Norway and Norwegian culture. Ideally, I will be walking a fine line between being a banal travel writer (think a very poor man’s Travels With Charley) and insulting every Norwegian, all those with Norwegian heritage, and anyone with Norwegian friends.
